This Privacy Policy describes how Radio Ready Music LLC collects and processes your personal information through RRM websites, services, products, online stores, and applications (together "RRM services"). By using RRM services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may use your personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve our services and products, including:

  • Purchase and delivery of services and products. We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver services and products, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, services and products and promotional offers.

  • Provide, troubleshoot, and improve RRM services. We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of the RRM services.

  • Recommendations and personalization. We use your personal information to recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with RRM services.

  • Comply with legal obligations. In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws. 

  • Communicate with you. We use your personal information to communicate with you in relation to RRM services via different channels (e.g., phone, email, chat).

Cookies Notice

We may use cookies and other activity-tracking technologies (collectively, "cookies") to recognize your browser or device, to provide you with essential features and services and for additional purposes, including:

  • Recognizing you when you sign-in to use our services and storing your preferences and activity. 

  • Conducting research and diagnostics to improve RRM's content, services, and products. 

  • Preventing fraudulent activity and improving security. 

If you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you may not be able to access or use certain features of our website or certain RRM products and services.


Approved third parties, such as search engines, providers of measurement and analytics services, may also set cookies when you interact with RRM services.

Does RRM Share Your Personal Information?

We share customers' personal information only as described below and follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Third-Party Service Providers. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders for services or products, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, transmitting content, assessing and managing credit risk, and providing customer service. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

  • Protection of RRM and Others. We release account and other personal information when required to comply with the law or safety of RRM, our members, users, visitors or others. 

Security of Your Information

We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind.

  • We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of member and visitor personal information, so we may ask to verify your identity before we disclose personal information to you.

  • Our devices have security features to protect against unauthorized access and loss of data. 

  • To protect against unauthorized access to your password and computers, devices, and applications, we recommend a unique password for your RRM account not used for other online accounts. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. 

Are Children Allowed to Use RRM services?

RRM’s services and products are not intended for use by children without parental supervision and consent. If you are a minor, you need a parent or guardian to set up your account and approve all purchases of products or services.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to use RRM services, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and any RRM service agreements you may enter into. This Notice is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If you have any concern about RRM privacy, please contact us and we will try to resolve it. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all we have about you and your account. 

Examples of Information Collected

You provide information to us when you search our site and purchase products or services; view, use, or download content; communicate with us by phone, email, or otherwise; submit information via any electronic information means, including posting content or filling forms.

As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your identification and contact information, location information, IP address, login information, location information, content interaction information, system information and device metrics, and any other demographic or personal information you optionally provide. Some of this information and additional information may be provided automatically by your computer system or electronic device, and you may optionally customize your privacy settings to your preferences. Additionally, if you use third-party services (including browsers) to access our services and website, those third parties may collect information from you and may share it with our systems.

Additional State-Specific Privacy Disclosures 

This additional state-specific privacy disclosure information ("Disclosure") supplements RRM’s Privacy Policy above and is required by the California Privacy Rights Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act.

  1. Categories of personal information collected. The personal information RRM collects, or has collected from members or nonmember purchasers in the twelve months prior to the effective Disclosure date, fall into the following categories of the California Privacy Rights Act: 

  • identifiers such as your name, address, phone numbers, IP address, RRM account log-in data;

  • personal information, such as a credit card number or other payment information; and

  • information that may reveal age.

  1. Categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose

  • identifiers such as your name, address, phone numbers, or IP address;

  • inference data, for example if we use a service provider to help us optimize the accuracy of your shipping address to make sure your order reaches you; and

  1. Your Data Rights: Depending on your data choices, certain services may be limited or unavailable. To ensure the security of your RRM account, we will generally ask you to verify your request using the contact information you have already provided.

  2. No sale of personal information. In the twelve months prior to the effective Disclosure date, RRM has not sold any personal information of consumers, as defined in the California Privacy Rights Act. 

  3. California Privacy Rights Act Sensitive Personal Information Disclosure. The categories of data RRM collects and discloses for a business purpose include "sensitive personal information" under the California Privacy Rights Act but no such information not expressly permitted by this law.

  4. California Privacy Rights Act Retention Disclosure

We keep your personal information to enable your continued use of RRM services, for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant purposes described in the RRM Privacy Policy above, as permitted or as may be required by law, or as otherwise communicated to you. For example, we retain your transaction history and what addresses you have shipped orders to, and to improve the relevance of products and content we recommend.

  1. California Privacy Rights Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act De-identified Data Disclosure. RRM may use de-identified data in some instances. RRM either maintains such data without attempting to re-identify it or treats such data as personal data subject to applicable law. 

Colorado Privacy Act Profiling Disclosure. RRM does not profile consumers for of automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, as defined in the Colorado Privacy Act.
